Hilton Astana

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Astana, and it was an unforgettable experience. As someone who appreciates both luxury and local culture, I was thrilled to find that this hotel masterfully combines the two. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel's modern and grand architecture. It felt like we were stepping into one of Astana's futuristic wonders, a perfect reflection of the city's unique skyline with landmarks like the Bayterek Tower and the Khan Shatyr. The lobby, with its soaring ceilings and elegant decor, was a sight to behold. Our room was no less impressive, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city, especially the amazing Expo site, which looked spectacular at night. Honestly, the level of service and the sheer grandeur of the place felt on par with a Waldorf Astoria. The hotel's location is also a major asset. Not only is it situated in a prime area for sightseeing, but its proximity to the airport—just a 15-minute drive—made our arrival and departure incredibly smooth and stress-free. What truly made our stay special, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered not just fantastic cocktails but also a breathtaking perspective of the city's futuristic architecture. The hotel’s spa was also a highlight, providing a much-needed sanctuary after a day of exploring Astana's grand boulevards and impressive monuments. I want to extend a special thank you to Anna, the Commercial Director. Her incredible attention to detail and personal touch made us feel truly valued. It’s clear that her leadership has created a culture of excellence throughout the entire hotel. The Hilton Astana is more than just a place to stay; it is a destination in itself.

Great buffet breakfast. Nice comfortable room with a great view of the EXPO area. Next door to a great shopping mall, and walking distance to the university. Attentive, polite staff.

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Temperature control, all of the electric plug types, light control, warm bathroom with bathtub, ironing in the room. Impressive lobby, gorgeous and big. And more impressive is a restaurant on the 9th floor with steaks and meat medallions of high quality. Breakfasts were nice with good and various food. I especially liked kumys and chicken sausages with fried eggs. Spa center has various saunas, gym, and swimming pool. Just be ware of slippery floor.

The room we booked was a deluxe/standard room but was so good it felt executive! We were so impressed with the size, facilities and the view! Breakfast was also delicious with lots of choice and options.

Saipan was our waiter in Cloud 9 bar. He gave us exceptional service, always with a smile, and he even took our photos. Food was very tasty there! Overall, a really nice experience thanks to Saipan...thank you so much!! Oh, and the breakfast buffet is amazing too!
