Hilton Astana

1. Room size - standard room was very spacious and ceilings were higher than in many other hotels 2. Room quality - modern design, high quality furnishings, perfect lighting options 3. Hotel facilities - great SPA (Sauna, steam room, pool, salt room) 4. Breakfast - variety of food options, helpful staff, spacious venue 5. Location - great location; located 2 minutes away (walking) from Astana's largest mall and 3 min (walking) from the Expo site; area is quiet at night 6. Business travelers - great for business travelers as the room has a perfectly sized desk (not a tiny unusable table as in many other hotels) Other: loved that the hotel is spacious, with a lot of open spaces

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Temperature control, all of the electric plug types, light control, warm bathroom with bathtub, ironing in the room. Impressive lobby, gorgeous and big. And more impressive is a restaurant on the 9th floor with steaks and meat medallions of high quality. Breakfasts were nice with good and various food. I especially liked kumys and chicken sausages with fried eggs. Spa center has various saunas, gym, and swimming pool. Just be ware of slippery floor.

The staff were great all day everyday. The Breakfast was soild. The lobby bar/resturant was the best. The serve drinks and food that is way better than anything in the hotel. Spa was good and the gym.

Saipan was our waiter in Cloud 9 bar. He gave us exceptional service, always with a smile, and he even took our photos. Food was very tasty there! Overall, a really nice experience thanks to Saipan...thank you so much!! Oh, and the breakfast buffet is amazing too!

New! Business Class with Good Location! Good room and facilities! Very comfortable BED and pillows! Clean! Very good breakfast. Expo Centre and Mega Mall is next door
